Friar Tuck and The Divine Nature of Beer

Beer can be somewhat of a controversial commodity in the Christian Church. Just like many other beverages and foods, it is a gift from God. However, just like other foods and beverages, it has its appointed place and can be abused. Scripture seems to suggest that moderation of alcoholic beverages is permissible as is abstinence.
